Smith

Brandee joined the Eastland Career Center Culinary arts program as a Junior in high school. Brandee was presented with numerous opportunities to be awarded a scholarship by participating in regional and state competitions. She was awarded a Gold medal in Garde Manger, also commonly known as cold kitchen. Brandee also earned Gold in Culinary Math Management. Brandee was honored to receive $45,000 in scholarship money and graduated with a 3.8 GPA. With her scholarship she chose to attend Sullivan University located in Louisville, Kentucky.

While finishing her Associates Degree, Brandee was presented with an opportunity to work with Walt Disney World’s college program located in Orlando, Florida. Brandee is pleased to say she worked for the mouse full time for 2 years as a cook on The Boardwalk Resort. When the pandemic struck it led her back home home, Columbus, Ohio.

Brandee now works as a Private Chef for a local growing family. In her free time she is pursuing her own business, Bite With Brann.
